Eooh was established in 2014 as project management & property maintenance consultancy firm, offering IAG, QC and contractor procurement services. Eooh has since expanded to offer it's own direct labour work force that delivers general and specialised property maintenance and refurbishment services for a number of London and Surrey's leading property management companies.

Unlike most contractors we work exclusively for the Property Management Industry, this gives us a greater understanding of the nuances involved and in turn the needs of Property Managers, Landlords and Tenants.  A Happy Landlord + A Happy Tenant = A Happy Property Manager 

Many of our competitors focus and invest heavily in the pursuit of new business, our focus is on client retention and the development of existing relationships, meaning we grow organically through internal and external referrals.
